Deferring Your 2020 RockstAR Registration

Our goal is to make the process of deferring your 2020 team entry as easy as possible.  Just follow these two steps:

1)  Click on the confirmation list to review your team's current registration details, then:

2)  Click on the deferral confirmation form to complete your team's deferral


PLEASE NOTE - All team deferrals must be completed by  _______ , after which point we will open general registration.

Please note that no deferral confirmations will be accepted after ____________.  Any 2020 entries not confirmed by this point will be considered forfeited.

Answers to FAQs

I need to make changes to my team - how do I do that?

•    Just complete the deferral confirmation form linked above, and note any adjustments you need made in the "any changes?" section.  We'll take it from there!

We had ordered breakfast tickets with our original registration - what's happening with those?

•    To be confirmed!  It's too early to tell yet whether or not breakfast options can still be offered, but please know that we will make certain that every team that had ordered tickets with their 2020 registration will receive fair value for them in one form or another.

Are Refunds An Option?

•    Unfortunately no, but we are more than happy to transfer the full value of your registration to another one of our events.  If you are interested in transferring to another race, please contact us.
