Teams of two or three will be faced with two race stages converging at the “Hub;” our amazing host venue in the adventure epicentre of the Haliburton Highlands. Stage One features a 1-2 hour marked mountain bike course that will pit racers against the region’s legendary ATV & snowmobile trail networks, in a battle to buy valuable time for the second stage. Teams will then have until the 8-hour mark to tackle a rogaine-style trek & paddle course, where strategy and quick decision-making will be equally weighted with speed and endurance. And once it’s all over; you, your teammates and your fellow racers can celebrate like rock stars at a post-race beach party under the cottage country night skies. And the crown jewel of this epic race experience? The Bark Lake Leadership Centre is one of Ontario’s best-known adventure racing hotspots, and quite possibly the most ideal host site anywhere.
